Michał Matczuk ab279e68ed Automated UDT support
This patch adds the power of GocqlX to UDTs.
Now you can make a struct be UDT compatible by adding a single line.

```
type FullName struct {
	gocqlx.UDT
	FirstName string
	LastName  string
}
```
